- Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition.
- All tags and labels must still be attached to the item.
- The item must be returned with its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
We accept returns for all products, whether defective or non-defective.
- Return Timeframe
All return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this 30-day window will not be accepted.

- Return Shipping Cost: TOYOTEROS covers the cost of return shipping. Return shipping is free for the customer, regardless of the reason for the return.
- Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee applied to returns.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
We do not accept direct exchanges. If you require a different item, size, or color, please follow the steps above to return the original item for a refund, and then place a new order for the desired product.
- Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected by TOYOTEROS, we will process your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- The processing time for your refund is typically 7 days from the date we receive the returned item.
